Processing of your Personal Data
User registration: please be informed that the corporate intranet is a restricted area for the exclusive use of Grupo Delso employees. In this regard, we inform you that in the event that you decide to register as an authorised user on our Intranet, DELSO FERTILIZANTES FAMILY, S.L will process your user data and password for proper management and identification as a registered user, and to give you access to the different functionalities and content available to you as a DELSO Group employee. Your data will not be communicated to third parties. No international data transfers will be performed. The legitimate basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party. Your data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship between the parties and, once this has ended, for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations arising therefrom.
Receipt of complaints: please be informed that the data collected via the complaint form will be processed by DELSO FERTILIZANTES FAMILY, S.L. for the following purposes:
- To handle your grievance, complaint or incident regarding possible breaches of the Code of Ethics of Grupo Delso.
- To handle your grievance as to the commission of criminal acts or conduct contrary to the standards applicable to Grupo Delso under the Criminal Compliance Model.

The information that you provide to us can only be accessed by the Internal Information System Manager, who performs the internal control and compliance functions. Also, so where required, the Human Resources Manager, only when disciplinary measures may be adopted against a worker, and the Group Legal Area Manager, should legal measures be adopted with regard to the events reported.
We inform you that, if necessary, both the information and the personal data you provide us with may be communicated, if required, to law enforcement agencies, the competent judicial authority or other public authorities with competence in the matter, to adopt disciplinary measures or conduct any applicable court proceedings. No international transfers of your data are performed.
This data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller: Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
Your data will be kept for the time necessary to comply with the purpose for which they were collected and to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from that purpose and from the processing of the data, i.e. for the time necessary to decide whether to launch an investigation into the reported facts, the complaints made or incidents reported. In any event, three months after the data are entered in the Internal Information System, they will be deleted from the communications system, unless the information is anonymised, or it is necessary to retain the data in order to provide evidence of the functioning of the crime prevention model.
The processing of your data will be carried out with all the guarantees and security measures established by the data protection regulations in force. DELSO FERTILIZANTES FAMILY, S.L therefore undertakes to maintain due confidentiality with regard to your identity, personal data, and other information provided by you, as well as the data and information of third parties involved in processing the grievance, complaint or incident via this Internal Information System.
In the event that when using the Internal Information System you provide personal data of a third party other than the whistleblower or accused, you must expressly inform said third party in writing in order to process their personal data for the same purposes and transfers as stated above.
DELSO FERTILIZANTES FAMILY, S.L informs you that under no circumstances are you obliged to provide us with your personal data, and that these are appropriate, relevant and strictly necessary in order to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected. However, these are essential in order to respond to your request or to provide you with the services offered.
Updating your Data
In order for us to keep your personal data up to date, it is important that you inform us whenever there has been any modification to them. We are not otherwise responsible for their accuracy.
