Compliance
As a sign of its commitment to transparency and the fostering of a corporate ethical culture, DFGRUPO has a criminal risk management system to promote the performance of its activity in accordance with the Group’s values, compliance with regulations and the prevention of crime and offences within the Group.
The Board of Directors has approved an internal regulation that includes guidelines for identifying, analysing and assessing criminal risks, an organisational model, a system manual and a risk matrix setting out the guidelines for compliance, which is intended to govern the conduct of the company and its employees, customers, suppliers and collaborators.
Similarly, a compliance officer and an ethics committee have been appointed, comprising specialised internal staff and external advisors with expertise in risk management systems, action plan design and auditing to ensure compliance with corporate ethical obligations and risk prevention.
In short, the aim is to encourage ethical practices in the market and respect for the criminal liability regime by training employees, identifying and assessing criminal risks and carrying out internal audits, with the commitment of the Board of Directors.
